I while since I have updated. Yes I know, this does seem to happen a lot. But well, usual story, things come up that keep one busy. So in the meantime, before I finally continue on with my travel blogging, some little titbit's of interest:

A) Four jobs I have had in my life:
1. Teacher
2. Home Loans Promoter (never again I assure you)
3. Cotton Chipper (and all around farmhand)
4. Prefabrication Factory Worker (ah the joys of making house frames and roof trusses...)

B) Four movies I would watch over and over
1. Serenity (I love Sci fi a lot - this movie exemplifies how to make a clever, realistic and humorous take on the future)
2. Equilibrium (Cool action sequences combine with some excellent acting from Christian Bale and Sean Bean examining the power of emotion)
3. Army of Darkness (Bruce Campbell at his finest...a very funny movie)
4. Maverick (Yes I know Mel Gibson is still not in some people's good books, but gee I like him in this movie).

C) Four places I have lived
1. Moruya, NSW (I was born in this part of the beautiful south coast below Sydney)
2. Dalby, Qld (A surprisingly interesting place to live...)
3. Brisbane (Has great weather and a world class Study of Religion Department at the University of Queensland - good enough for me)
4. Oxford, UK (best place I have lived ever)

4. The Chaser's War on Everything (This ABC show proves that Australian comedy is not dead after all)
